CEO
Widely recognized by his peers for a high level of financial, technical and commercial knowledge, John has over 30 years experience in the Real Estate Development industry. John has been CEO of several listed Real Estate Development entities including Emaar Properties (responsible for the Burj Khalifa) over the course of his career and has managed over 900 staff both nationally and internationally.
Eric Ranson
Director
Eric has 30 years experience as an actuary and financial markets specialist and has managed portfolios circa $20bn+ over the course of his career. Eric has worked internationally in a senior management capacity in several leading financial institutions including Australian Mortgage Securities, Catalyst Fund Management LLC and Bankers Trust.
